OK TO BOARD will be charged as per airline's policy. Visa once applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection. Any service unutilized due to No Show or Late Amendment is 100% chargeable and cannot be re - arranged without charge. We need clear colour scanned passport front and back copy and photograph for visa application. Documents should be saved by applicant's name. For updating OK TO BOARD message, the PNR should reach us atleast before 2 working days prior to departure of the client.
